Kiokubu meaning memory, database in japenese is inspired by my experience in Fukushima. A memory space is created – rythmed by the sound of a Geiger counter – where transformed images become landscapes of light. Spread out into the space, the light is an intangible material as radioactivity and the notion of “souvenir”.
